Clubhouse International training programs help members, staff, directors and other Clubhouse stakeholders deepen their understanding and implementation of the Clubhouse Model and the International Standards for Clubhouse Programs™.

Through our 12 authorized global Training Centers and other learning opportunities, Clubhouse International provides the foundation, resources and ongoing support that help Clubhouses at every stage of development strengthen their practice and continue to grow.
Experiential & Community-Based Learning
Clubhouse training is grounded in the experience of Accredited and experienced Clubhouses. Participants learn through direct observation, discussion, and participation, gaining practical insight into how the Clubhouse Model is implemented in daily practice.

New Clubhouse Development (NCD) Training
- Delivered by Clubhouse International
- For groups exploring the development of or starting a new Clubhouse
Designed for groups exploring the development of a new Clubhouse, New Clubhouse Development (NCD) Training supports communities interested in establishing a Clubhouse. Participants receive guidance on the foundational steps needed to develop, establish, and sustain a Standards-consistent Clubhouse.
Comprehensive Clubhouse Training
- Delivered through Clubhouse International Training Centers
- For developing and established Clubhouses
Comprehensive Clubhouse Training provides an immersive, two-week learning experience focused on the core elements of the Clubhouse Model. Participants explore the Standards, experience Clubhouse operations firsthand, and develop an action plan to support implementation in their own Clubhouse community.
Specialized Track Trainings

- For Accredited Clubhouses seeking targeted development
Specialized Track Trainings provide focused learning opportunities in specific areas of Clubhouse practice, allowing established Clubhouses to strengthen particular programs or areas of
operation.

The Director Seminar / Leadership Development program is designed for Clubhouse directors and other individuals with leadership responsibilities who have experience supporting core Clubhouse operations and are seeking to strengthen their organization’s leadership, sustainability, and external impact.
Three-Day Clubhouse Orientation & Overview Visit

- For groups and individuals seeking an introduction to the Clubhouse Model
The Three-Day Clubhouse Orientation / Overview Visit provides a brief introduction to the Clubhouse Model, including the principles of member and staff relationships and the Work-Ordered Day.
This experience is designed for groups exploring the development of a Clubhouse and Clubhouses seeking an introductory experience.

Training Registration & Cancellation Policy
Training spaces are reserved once the completed application and required payment have been received.
In the event of a cancellation/change of date, whether because of lack of payment of training fee, lack of submission of completed training application, or because the Clubhouse initiates cancellation/change of date, the Clubhouse will be responsible for any travel expenses incurred or payments made.
Payments are non-refundable for cancellations or changes to training dates made within 60 days of the training start date. Because Training Centers reserve space and resources for each participating Clubhouse, payments for these cancellations cannot be transferred to another training date or training group.
