Delivered by Clubhouse International for groups exploring the development of or starting a new Clubhouse.
Overview
New Clubhouse Development (NCD) Training supports communities that are exploring how to establish a Clubhouse. This intensive training draws on the experience of Accredited Clubhouses and provides guidance on the foundational steps needed to develop, establish, and sustain a Standards-consistent Clubhouse.

Who Should Participate
Participants often include individuals or organizations interested in building local stakeholder support, developing community partnerships, establishing a governing structure, and creating the foundation for a sustainable, standards-consistent Clubhouse.
The Training Includes
- Guidance from experienced Clubhouse leaders, including representatives from ClubhouseInternational and Accredited Clubhouses
- A training manual with resources and practical tools
- A visit to an Accredited Clubhouse
- Development of an individualized Action Plan to guide next steps
- Individual mentorship from an experienced Clubhouse International leader for up to one year following the training
- Access to Startup Group resources
