Overview

The Director Seminar / Leadership Development program is designed for Clubhouse directors and leaders who have well-established internal Clubhouse operations and are seeking to strengthen their organization’s visibility, sustainability, and long-term growth.

This seminar builds on participants’ experience leading daily Clubhouse operations and focuses on strategies that support effective leadership topics include:

  • Developing a strong and effective Board of Directors or Advisory Board
  • Strategies for sustainable funding
  • Building strong community partnerships
  • Using research and outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness
  • Additional leadership strategies to support Clubhouse growth and sustainability

Who Should Participate

Participants may include directors and other individuals with leadership responsibilities within a Clubhouse community. Participation is not based on a required member/staff team composition. Directors, members, or other Clubhouse leaders each participate at the same tuition rate. 

Tuition: $1,200 USD per participant
