In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month and GivingTuesday 2020, we are excited to share Clubhouse Heroes: Stories of Gratitude. These are colleagues – Clubhouse members, staff and volunteers – who have stepped up to help others during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I was suicidal and had to be hospitalized. It felt like an unending nightmare, and one that I would not wish on my worst enemy. Clubhouse provides a positive community environment that emphasizes five important words… you can and you will!
