Our Board

Patrick Manasse is an attorney and the Chief Compliance Officer for MonetaGo Inc., a technology company which provides a global digital platform leveraging existing financial networks to prevent fraud in real time. Having lived in nearly every corner of the globe, Patrick now calls Monaco home.

After studying Economics at McGill University in Canada, Patrick earned a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia, then went on to work for Spitfire Productions in Los Angeles, a venture responsible for producing a number of award-winning films. In 2008, he joined the New York law firm Guzov Ofsink as an associate, working for both the Corporate and Commercial Litigation groups. Patrick is also a graduate of a highly regarded MBA program based in Moscow, a product of a collaboration between the Russian government and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After his MBA, Patrick moved back to New York and founded MonetaGo with a partner.

Vincent holds over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare and private equity sectors. He started his career at Bain & Company as a consultant before joining 3i’s healthcare team. Prior to joining ARCHIMED, Vincent was the Managing Director of JS Bio (now Cerba), a French diagnostics company.

Vincent is a Founding Partner of ARCHIMED, and is President of the EURÊKA Foundation, ARCHIMED’s charitable foundation. Vincent has a long-standing relationship with other ARCHIMED partners, since 2005. He is currently a non-executive Director in the France-headquartered neuro-diagnostic company Micromed, in the Austria-headquartered in vitro diagnostics specialist EuroLyser, in the UK-headquartered occupational health firm Vita Health and in the Italy-headquartered in vitro diagnostics player DIESSE. Vincent also was a non-executive Director of France-headquartered health ingredients firm Natural Origins (formerly Herbs’ International Services – HIS), Italy-headquartered dental company Primo and in the Switzerland-headquartered trauma orthopaedics company Medistream / Citieffe. Vincent leads ARCHIMED’s Healthcare IT Sector. Vincent is a member of ARCHIMED’s Management Committee.

Nicholas Ratut joined the Board of Clubhouse International in 2007 and served as Chair from 2017 to 2021. He was instrumental in the creation of Clubhouse France in 2011 which today counts 5 Clubhouses. Nicholas is passionate about developing the Clubhouse model in the US and worldwide having seen firsthand the huge benefits generated for the members.

Born in the UK, having lived in France and now the US, transacting business across all continents, Nicholas has a multi-cultural global perspective and approach. He is a recognized international expert in the marketing and distribution of prestige beauty products. He owns and runs his company specialized in the internationalization and expansion of American beauty brands seeking to expand globally and in enabling international brands to enter the highly competitive US market.

Nicholas lives between Manhattan and Litchfield, Connecticut with his wife Kristina Kossi, an acclaimed sculptor. He travels extensively for business and leisure but always fits in time to visit a Clubhouse in one of the 33 countries worldwide.

A. Baker Woolworth, Jr. is Associate Vice President/Investments with Stifel Financial Corp. He was formerly a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

Baker received a B.A. degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and holds the following certifications:

• Series 63 – Uniform Securities State Agent
• Series 65 – Investment Advisor Representative
• Series 7 – General Securities Representative

Marina Agopome works at The EURÊKA Foundation, the charitable foundation of the healthcare company, ARCHIMED. Their work supports vulnerable individuals affected by mental and physical health issues and funds projects focused on under-treated diseases. It also aids many Clubhouses globally.

Marina holds an MSc in International Business and has worked in Sales and Marketing across Europe. She later volunteered for NGOs in Portugal and India to make a positive impact. In 2018, Marina joined the Clubhouse Lyon in France and completed Comprehensive Clubhouse Training.

Marina joined the Board of Clubhouse International in December 2024 to give back and support the organization’s strategy. She resides in Lyon, France, where she enjoys nature walks, dancing, traveling, and meditation.

Ms. Arnold is currently the President of Arnold & Associates Ltd, a consulting practice she founded in 2004 to offer her unique business credentials in global marketing, business development and general management to companies, professional services firms and non-profit organizations seeking profitable top line revenue growth through customer- or donor-focused strategies. Her background includes significant experience in client acquisition and loyalty management, digital marketing, including website design, blogging and email marketing; search engine and social media optimization.

Prior to this, Norma held senior marketing, business development and general management roles at four Fortune 100 financial services companies and a leading international law firm, including:

• Chief Business Development Officer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a leading international law firm;
• Managing Director and Head of Investor Advisory Services Marketing for Morgan Stanley;
• Managing Director and Head of Retail Marketing at JP Morgan;
• Corporate Vice President and Head of Customer Management and Multicultural Marketing at Prudential Financial; and
• Various senior marketing, general management and sales roles at American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., in both US- and non-US-based positions.

Ms. Arnold has also served on the Board of Fountain House (www.fountainhouse.org), the original Clubhouse in the international Clubhouse community; and currently serves on the Board of Wagner Society of New York (http://www.wagnersocietyny.org), which is dedicated to furthering education and appreciation of the music of Richard Wagner.

Virginie Faucheur is a French and Swiss agronomy engineer. She graduated from AgroParisTech and spent 13 years at bioMérieux as an IT Project Leader, where she led major Business Intelligence and SAP transformation projects supporting international operations.

She is currently the Development Director of the EURÊKA Foundation, established in 2014 to provide funding and strategic support to vulnerable individuals affected by mental and physical health challenges, and to advance medical research and innovation in under-treated diseases. The Foundation has a strong focus on mental health, supports breakthrough medical innovation, and promotes the Clubhouse model in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

In her role, Virginie Faucheur oversees the development of strategic partnerships and philanthropic initiatives, contributing to the Foundation’s mission to create sustainable impact at the intersection of health, innovation, and social inclusion.

Anette was brought up in Norway. She studied Economic History and Political Science at Cambridge University in England, and Columbia University in New York City. She is a yoga therapist, certified by the International Association for Yoga Therapists, with her own practice in Reisterstown, Maryland.

Since 1988, Anette has been a philanthropist, serving on numerous boards devoting her time to education and mental health.

Anette served on the Board of Fountain House from 1988-2008, and served as the Chairman of the Fountain House board from 1996-99. She has been on the board of Clubhouse International since its inception, and served as Chairman of the Clubhouse International board from 2000-2005. She also was a founding board member of B'More Clubhouse in Baltimore Maryland.

Anette lives in Maryland. She is married with 3 grown-up children.

Lorna Hyde Graev, a long-time public relations executive, has been involved with the Clubhouse movement for many years. She is currently a Board member of Clubhouse International. In addition, she has served on the board of Fountain House since 2001, where she was Chair and Vice Chair for External Affairs. She became an advocate for mental illness as a result of her own experience with bipolar disorder. As part of her involvement with Fountain House, Lorna co-founded an annual symposium and luncheon, featuring a panel of two doctors and a lay person who has lived with the illness that is being addressed that year. The event has been a great success: it is attended by 600 people each year, and raised over $1 million last year.

Lorna has had an extensive and successful career in public relations, fashion and the arts working for Christian Dior, Jones Apparel Group, the Contemporary Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art and Richard L. Feigen & Co. She has served on the Advisory Board of the Evelyn Lauder Breast Cancer Research Foundation since 2001 and in 2017 she co-founded a Play for Pink annual fundraiser benefiting the Foundation at the Millbrook Golf & Tennis Club in Millbrook, New York.

Marc Lauzeral is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and a Unified Patent Court Representative. 

Marc supports an international clientele in resolving global legal challenges. His practice centers on complex cross-border patent and trade secrets disputes before French courts, the Unified Patent Court, and arbitral tribunals, as well as regulatory matters in the life sciences sector. He previously served as a law clerk to an intellectual property judge at the Lyon District Court who now sits on the French Supreme Court.

Marc studied law at Columbia and Jean Moulin University in Lyon, and regularly collaborates with academic institutions worldwide to build bridges across legal systems.

Viviana Bonilla López is a civil rights attorney from San Juan, Puerto Rico who is passionate about mental health justice. She is currently a Senior Staff Attorney in the Women’s Rights Project at the American Civil Liberties Union.

Previously, she was a Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division at the United States Department of Justice, where she focused on protecting the rights of people with mental health disabilities to receive services in their communities, rather than in institutions. Before that, she was an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Disability Rights Florida, where she led a project to expand Supported Decision-Making as an alternative to guardianship, and a Law Fellow at the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Immigrant Justice Practice Group.

Viviana has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern Scholar. Viviana is a proud “clubhouse person.” She is a former Clubhouse International intern and served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Key Clubhouse of South Florida. Her article titled “Beyond Medical Legal Partnerships: Addressing Recovery-Harming Social Conditions Through Clubhouse-Legal Partnerships” was published in the N.Y.U. Review of Law & Social Change.

Donnamarie Randolph has been an integral member of the Clubhouse network since 2007 when she became a member of Magnolia Clubhouse (Cleveland, OH, USA). Recognizing the significance of mental health advocacy, Donnamarie has become a powerful advocate for the needs of those within the Clubhouse community and beyond. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Magnolia Clubhouse and is a member of the Clubhouse International Faculty team. Donnamarie travels around the Clubhouse network as a consultant and advocate. She has presented locally, as well as internationally, sharing the significance of the Clubhouse Model and its transformative impact on her life.

Donnamarie was a part of the Clubhouse Transitional Employment (TE) program which supported her as she was accepted for a position at the law firm, Hickman & Lowder. From there she transitioned to independent employment working at Bank of America until 2013. She then joined Charles Schwab until 2015. In 2016, Donnamarie started as Program Manager for Transitional Youth Housing Program where she supervised the ADAMHS Bd’s pilot Youth Transitional Housing Program. She currently works at Carmax as a Cross Functional Customer Specialist.

Donnamarie is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Psychology. She worked as an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years.

A mom of four children and grandmother of seven, Donnamarie enjoys spending time with family, reading and baking. She is an avid angler who also enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities. Donnamarie desires to always be a mental health advocate.

Laura Simpson is a business executive who today is Managing Director at Liberty London for the Beauty Division. After more than 18 years at Procter & Gamble Laura held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at both Coty Inc. and The Wella Company. Over the past 25 years she has developed businesses and brands across multiple sectors and categories and lived in the UK, the USA and Switzerland while working on all key regions globally.

Laura joined the Board of Clubhouse International in 2025 and is passionate about expanding the proven approach centred on purpose and community to help more people globally.

Laura is from Scotland originally and today lives in Geneva, Switzerland with her two teenage children. She is happiest spending time with family and friends, enjoys the mountains and lakes of Switzerland and is an avid reader.

Knut Stubben served on the board of Clubhouse Norway, the Norwegian Clubhouse Coalition of Clubhouse International, for 10 years, from 2007 to 2017 as vice chair and chair of the board. He has also been involved with Clubhouse International since 2011, when he joined the Faculty representing Fontenehuset Hønefoss in Hønefoss, Norway. He became a Board Member in 2016. He is also serving on the Board of the Norwegian Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Jennifer Tedesco is an Art Therapist and adjunct lecturer with international experience working with adolescents and adults coping with mental health issues. Jennifer has over ten years of clinical experience in both medical and psychiatric settings, natural disaster areas, and has worked both in NY and abroad with survivors of gender based violence, acts of terrorism, and war crimes. She co-developed a program launched in Nairobi, Kenya aimed at helping refugee youth dealing with trauma.
