Clubhouse International is based in the United States. Our goal is to provide our website visitors with information about our organization in a straightforward manner. Visitors are not required to register to access any part of our site except to voluntarily sign up with their name and email address to receive periodic updates from Clubhouse International about the global Clubhouse community, and the latest information from around the world regarding mental illness and mental health (see www.clubhouse-intl.org).
Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may use information that has been aggregated and anonymized or de-identified to assess and improve the Clubhouse International website, including to enhance your user experience, and to help vendors and potential donors better understand our audience. We may sometimes produce data and analysis results with this aggregated or anonymized information, which will not include any personal information, and share it with third parties to help us improve our communications and website.

Online Transactions
We value your online donations and are committed to ensuring the safety and security of all your transactions. Clubhouse International complies with applicable laws and standard practices and uses industry standard protocols, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept your information. When processing an online transaction such as a donation, we ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. All information is stored in a secure location and is protected. We ask for personally identifiable details only to process and acknowledge your transaction and as a means of getting in touch with you if there are any problems.
Clubhouse International also uses the services of an outside vendor to process credit and debit card transactions online. Our vendor has certified to us that they adhere to the strictest standards of privacy and is SSL-Certified.
E-mail Communications
Clubhouse International sends occasional e-mail updates and program information to the e-mail address you provided when you signed up to receive newsletters from us, or for online transaction processing. You may unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from us at any time by contacting us at (212) 582 0343 or getinvolved@clubhouse-intl.org. Unsubscribe information is also provided in each e-communication.
Third Party Protection/Mailing Lists
On rare occasions, Clubhouse International may exchange the names and email addresses with external organizations, specifically other organizations working in the field of mental health, for the purpose of sharing information that may be of interest to our friends and donors. Everyone has the option to request that their names not be shared with any third party organizations. We do not sell the names of our friends or donors to any organization whatsoever.

Clubhouse International provides links on its website to other organizations as an educational tool for those interested in mental illness and mental health. These websites are not under our control, nor are we responsible for any content on these sites. The inclusion of a link does not indicate any express or implied endorsement by Clubhouse International of these third-party websites.
